- Use it only for sites and listings you own or have written permission to promote. No ad fraud, no targeting competitors.
- Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the paid period.
- A new subscription’s first payment has a 7-day money-back guarantee if the workspace has not been used yet. Renewals, partial months and top-ups are not refunded.
- Payments are processed by PayProGlobal, Inc., our merchant of record. Rankings and results are never guaranteed.
This summary is for convenience; the numbered sections below are what apply.
1 Who we are and this agreement
RankShark is operated by Dalga L.L.C (“Dalga”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, U.A.E. under registration number 1216813.
These terms are an agreement between Dalga and the person or organisation that creates a RankShark account or buys a plan (“you”). They cover the website at rankshark.io, the panel at panel.rankshark.io, the RankShark API and MCP server, and everything we run for you through them (together, “the service”).
By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund policy, which form part of them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
The service is for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use it.
2 The service
RankShark is a hosted toolkit for local search work. Depending on your plan it includes:
- RankShark Track: geo-grid rank tracking. It checks a business’s position in Google Maps (and, in beta, Google Search) from points on a grid around it, through browsers on residential IPs in that area, and reports the results.
- RankShark Enhance: visitor-journey campaigns run on our hosted browsers with residential IPs in the locations you choose, following the journeys you set up.
- The REST API, the MCP server for AI agents, white-label reports, and workspaces with team members.
We keep improving the service, so features may change. If we remove something that materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you at least 14 days before and you may cancel with effect from your next renewal. Features marked beta are provided as they are and may change or end without notice.
We do not promise outcomes. Search rankings, map positions and how third parties respond to visits depend on systems we do not control. RankShark measures and runs what you configure; it does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or business result.
3 Your account, workspace and team
- Give us accurate account and billing details and keep them up to date.
- Keep passwords, API keys and MCP credentials secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account, by your team members, through your API keys and by any software or AI agent you connect.
- Team members and clients you invite act under your account. You are responsible for their use of the service and for removing access that is no longer needed.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4 Acceptable use
Your use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular:
- Use the service only for websites, listings and pages that you own or have the owner’s written permission to test or promote, and be able to show that permission if we ask.
- No ad fraud: no impressions or clicks on paid ads, no inflating ad-network, affiliate or pay-per-click metrics, no draining anyone’s ad budget.
- No targeting of competitors or other sites without permission, and nothing that disrupts or overloads any service.
- No manipulating votes, polls, reviews, ratings, sign-ups or other counts that others rely on.
- No unauthorised access, credential stuffing, carding, spam, phishing or illegal content.
- No getting around our blocklist, plan limits or security, and no reselling or sharing access outside your plan (white-label reports for your own clients are allowed).
We review the first campaigns of new workspaces and may look at your campaigns, read-only, to review them, investigate a report or give support. If you breach the policy we may ask you to change a campaign, pause campaigns, suspend your workspace or end your subscription, as section 11 describes.
5 Plans, allowances and top-ups
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars (Solo $99, Agency $199, Scale $499); Enterprise is priced by quote. Each plan sets monthly allowances, including peak simultaneous browsers, GB of residential IP data, captcha credits and Track allowances. The current figures are on the pricing page and in your panel.
- Allowances reset at each renewal. Unused allowances do not roll over to the next month.
- You can buy top-ups of residential data (GB) and captcha credits. Top-ups are consumable and are not refundable.
- Enterprise plans may come with their own order or quote; where it differs from these terms, the order applies.
6 Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the date you first paid, and the plan price is charged to your payment method, until you cancel.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, your workspace keeps running for a 3-day grace period while you update your payment details. After that the workspace is suspended until the payment succeeds.
- We may change plan prices. A new price applies from your first renewal after we have told you at least 14 days in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
Who processes your payment
Payments are processed by PayProGlobal, Inc., our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Its name appears on your card or bank statement, it issues your invoices and it calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, which is why the total at checkout may differ from the plan price. Its own terms apply to the payment. Some checkouts may offer card payment through Stripe instead.
7 Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of your account in the panel, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
The first payment of a new subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, but only while the service is unused, because delivering it costs us from the first visit or scan. The workspace counts as used once it has run any campaign or visit; run any Rank Grid, Track or AI-visibility scan; consumed any residential data (GB) or captcha credits; or had a job started by an API or MCP call. Once it has been used, the current period is not refunded: cancel to stop the next renewal.
Renewals, partial months and top-ups are not refunded, and a chargeback leads to suspension of the workspace. The Refund policy has the details and how to ask for a refund.
8 Your content and data
You keep all rights in what you put into the service: campaigns, journeys, keywords, business details, reports and other data (“your content”). You give us permission to store, process and use your content only as needed to run the service for you, keep it secure and meet our legal obligations.
You are responsible for your content, for having the right to use it and for having the permissions described in section 4. Where your content includes personal data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
You can export your campaigns while your subscription is active. After a subscription ends we may delete the workspace and its content, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9 Our software and brand
The service, its software, the RankShark and Dalga names and logos, and the website are owned by Dalga or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
White-label reports you make for your own clients may carry your brand instead of ours. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10 Third-party services
The service works with sites and platforms we do not control, such as Google Search and Google Maps, the websites your campaigns visit, residential IP networks and any proxies or tools you connect. Their behaviour, availability and terms can change at any time. You are responsible for following the terms that apply to your own use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or actions.
11 Availability, suspension and termination
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we may need maintenance windows. Current status is published at status.dalga.dev.
We may suspend all or part of your workspace, or end your subscription, if:
- you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, depending on how serious the breach is;
- a payment fails and is not fixed within the grace period, or you open a chargeback;
- we must, to comply with the law or a lawful request, or to protect the service, other customers or third parties.
We will tell you why, unless the law or an investigation prevents it. Serious or repeated breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy may lead to termination without refund. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
12 Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms say expressly, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty that the service will produce a particular ranking, volume of visits or business result.
13 Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data;
- each party’s total liability arising from these terms in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to your obligations under section 14, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.
14 Your responsibility for misuse
You will defend and compensate Dalga against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your campaigns, your use of the service in breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your lack of permission to target a site or listing.
15 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
If something goes wrong, write to us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it with you. Any dispute we cannot resolve that way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
16 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email the account owner at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is needed to stop ongoing abuse or to comply with the law. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
17 General
- You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the service.
- If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
- Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we give it up.
- Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
- These terms, with the policies they refer to and any Enterprise order, are the whole agreement about the service.
