In short
- Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the panel: the next renewal stops and you keep access to the end of the paid period.
- The first payment of a new subscription has a 7-day money-back guarantee while the workspace is unused (section 3 lists what counts as use). Email [email protected] to use it.
- Renewals, partial months, unused allowances and top-ups are not refunded. Chargebacks suspend the workspace.
- PayProGlobal, Inc. processes payments as merchant of record and issues refunds to your original payment method.
This summary is for convenience; the numbered sections below are what apply.
1 How subscriptions renew
RankShark plans are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically every month on the date of your first payment, and the plan price is charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. Allowances (browsers, residential data, captcha credits and Track allowances) reset at each renewal and unused allowances do not roll over.
2 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of your account in the panel, or by writing to [email protected] from the email address on the account.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You are not charged again.
- Your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the subscription ends.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Until the period ends you can undo the cancellation from the same page.
3 7-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind before using RankShark, you can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a new subscription within 7 days of that payment, as long as the service has not been used.
What counts as used
Every visit and scan costs us hosted browser time, residential data and captcha solving from the moment it runs, so the guarantee covers an unused workspace only. Your workspace counts as used once it has done any one of these:
- Run any campaign or visit.
- Run any Rank Grid, Track or AI-visibility scan.
- Consumed any residential data (GB) or captcha credits.
- Had a job started by an API or MCP call.
Once the workspace has been used, the current period is not refunded. Cancel to stop the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the period.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 7 days of the payment.
- Include your order or invoice number from the payment confirmation email.
- We confirm by email and the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your subscription is cancelled and the workspace stops when the refund is issued.
Refunds are made through the merchant of record that processed the payment (see section 8). Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes for the money to show on your statement.
The guarantee does not apply to a workspace suspended or ended for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
4 What is not refunded
- Renewal payments: cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Partial months: cancelling mid-period stops the next renewal; the rest of the current period is not refunded.
- Unused allowances at the end of a period.
- A first payment once the workspace has been used (see section 3), even within the 7 days.
- Top-ups of residential data (GB) or captcha credits: they are consumable.
- Requests made after the 7-day window, or for a payment other than the first payment of a new subscription.
5 Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, and the new plan price applies from the next renewal.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You keep the current plan until then, and there is no refund for the difference.
6 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we email you and your workspace keeps running for a 3-day grace period while you update your payment details. If the payment still has not gone through by then, the workspace is suspended until it does.
7 Chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please write to [email protected] first: most problems are solved quickly that way. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute suspends the workspace while it is open. A chargeback on a payment that followed these rules may lead to the subscription being ended.
8 Who processes your payment
Payments are processed by PayProGlobal, Inc., our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Its name appears on your card or bank statement, it issues your invoices and receipts, and it handles the sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Refunds under this policy are issued through it to your original payment method.
Some checkouts may offer card payment through Stripe instead; refunds for those payments are issued through Stripe.
9 Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are priced by quote. Where an Enterprise order sets its own billing or refund terms, those apply instead of this policy.
